1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of singermaker.com and the Singer Maker macOS app. By installing, purchasing, or using Singer Maker, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Trial and personal license

The 14-day trial includes the complete app. A paid license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to activation on two Macs. You may use Singer Maker for personal practice and for creating your own performances, subject to the rights in the source material.

You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, circumvent license controls, or use Singer Maker to provide access to the software as a hosted service, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.

3. Songs, videos, and third-party services

You are responsible for every audio or video source you import, download, record, export, share, or publish. Use only material you own, have permission to use, or may lawfully use. Singer Maker does not grant rights to third-party music or video.

You must follow the terms of the source platform and applicable law. YouTube's terms restrict downloading except where the service authorizes it or the relevant rights holders permit it. Review the current YouTube Terms of Service before using an import.

Singer Maker is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Apple, or the artists and services shown in product examples. Third-party availability can change and an import may stop working if a provider changes its service.

4. Purchase, payment, and refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Its checkout shows the final price, taxes, payment terms, and buyer terms before you pay. Transaction disputes and refund requests are handled under the current Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Software, updates, and availability

Singer Maker requires a supported Apple Silicon Mac and macOS version listed on the product page. We may release fixes, change supported integrations, or discontinue a feature when required for security, reliability, provider changes, or law. We will not intentionally delete your local song archive.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of files that matter to you. Removing the app may not remove every local data file automatically.

6. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Singer Maker is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Audio separation, pitch estimates, and theory grades are practice aids, not professional medical, hearing, or voice-care advice.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Singer Maker is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of media, lost work, or third-party claims caused by your source material or publication. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the software, checkout, or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. For a license, billing, or terms question, use the support form.
