1. Data inside Singer Maker
Stem separation, pitch analysis, recordings, exercise results, and your practice archive are processed and stored locally on your Mac. Singer Maker does not upload those files to our servers and does not require a Singer Maker account.
The app uses the network when you request a YouTube or YouTube Music import, request optional metadata lookup, download the first-run separation model, check for an update, or activate a license. The service you choose for an import receives the request needed to locate or fetch that media.
Optional metadata lookup sends a track fingerprint and duration to AcoustID. When AcoustID finds a match, Singer Maker sends the matched recording ID to MusicBrainz to retrieve the associated recording metadata. Your audio file is not sent to either service.
2. Website delivery
Cloudflare delivers singermaker.com and may process normal request information, including IP address, device and browser details, requested path, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. Cabinet Grotesk is loaded from Fontshare and Inter Tight is loaded from Google Fonts, so the browser also connects to those font providers.
3. Launch and support forms
If you join the launch list, we receive the email address you submit. If you contact support, we receive your email address and message. The site uses an IP-based rate-limit key for up to 60 seconds to reduce form abuse; the IP address is not included in the support email. We use launch-list data for the launch notice and support data to answer the request.
We keep those messages only while they are useful for launch communication, support history, security, or a legal obligation. You can ask us to correct or delete your submission through the support form.
4. No browser analytics beacon
The site does not load a browser analytics beacon, advertising pixel, cookie banner, or cross-site tracker. Cloudflare still processes normal request information as described above to deliver and protect the site.
5. Purchases and licenses
Checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payment details, billing information, taxes, receipts, and transaction records under its privacy policy. Singer Maker receives the purchase and license information needed to deliver and activate the software. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
6. Your choices
You can use the website without joining the launch list. You can block external font requests in your browser. You can remove local Singer Maker data by deleting the app and its local files. For an access, correction, deletion, or privacy question, use the support form.
Singer Maker is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the product or its providers change; the effective date at the top will change with it.
